Wat Srisoonthorn

The temple was built in 1792 and given the name Wat Srisoonthorn by Rama I, the Thai king at the time. When you first arrive at the sacred temple, you will be drawn to the 29-meter-tall statue of the reclining Buddha, which is thought to have great symbolic meaning for the dreaming state.
