Best time to visit
Early in the morning is the best time to visit Khao Chi Chan because the place is quiet, there are fewer people, and the golden Buddha is glowing in the gentle sunshine. Afternoons around 5 pm are also good, the air is cooler, and the sunset behind the limestone mountain is spectacular. Visiting at midday should be avoided since the weather can be hot, and the open grounds lack shade.
