How to reach Vatican Museums
- By Train/Metro: Take the Metro Line A (Orange Line) and get off at either Ottaviano or Cipro. From Ottaviano, it is a roughly 10-minute walk to the entrance.
- By Car: While driving in central Rome is difficult due to ZTL zones, taxis can drop you at the Vatican Museum location on Viale Vaticano. There is limited paid parking in the nearby Prati neighbourhood.
- By Foot: If you are in the historic centre or Prati, the museums are easily accessible on foot. From St Peter’s Square, it is a scenic 15-minute walk around the Vatican walls to reach the northern entrance.
