River Wonders

The largest and original zoo and aquarium with a river theme is called River Wonders. The park, which spans 12 hectares and is situated between Night Safari Singapore and the Singapore Zoo, is known for its unique fauna and biodiversity that can be found along the banks of the Amazon, Mississippi, Nile, Yangtze, and other rivers.
One of Singapore's must-see destinations is the River Wonders, which provides guests with an experience they won't soon forget. A centerpiece of any Singapore trip package, it has the biggest freshwater aquarium in the world. The park's rainforest setting enhances its appeal by luring visitors to take numerous riverine activities and cruises, which bring them up close to the diverse aquatic life that calls the watercourses home.

Six thousand creatures of over 300 species can be seen at the River Wonders. Approximately 40 of these are endangered species, such as the giant mekong catfish and the giant salamander, the largest amphibian in the world.
