- By Train: This is the most popular mode of transport. From Florence’s Santa Maria Novella station, a regional train takes about an hour to arrive at Pisa Centrale. From there, the Leaning Tower of Pisa location is a pleasant 20-minute walk or a quick bus ride (LAM Rossa) away.
- By Car: If driving, use the A11 or A12 motorways. Be aware that the city centre is a Restricted Traffic Zone (ZTL). It is best to park at the Parcheggio Via Pietrasantina, a short walk from the square.
