Ceylon Tea Museum, Kandy

One of the major attractions of Sri Lanka's hill country, Kandy, is the 1925 vintage Ceylon Tea Museum, which is situated near Hantane. The Tea Museum is a four-story structure that houses an auditorium, library, and antique machinery from the ground floor to the second floor.

One must go to the sales unit on the third floor to buy mouthwatering varieties and flavors of Sri Lankan tea. The wonderful café on the fourth story offers a complimentary cup of coffee, while the top floor offers a stunning view of the surrounding hill region.

A telescope placed here allows one to see the Matale Range and Knuckles Range. Views of the surrounding green environment, which includes tea plantations of various kinds, may be seen from the summit.
