Buzo, one of the best restaurants in Bali, located in the center of Seminyak, was created by Will Meyrick, a leading chef in Bali. It serves artisan goods from local farmers and combines Japanese flavors with Italian ingredients wonderfully. Inspired by tradition yet driven by adventure, Buzo honors the izakaya dens of Kyoto and Tokyo, where bar snacks are eaten in convivial company and artisan beers are freely available. The mood for a drunken dinner date is established by Buzo's house-brewed craft beers, which are supported by specialty cocktails and sharp small appetizers. Start with beef tartare, aged bonito, and fresh sashimi. Then, go to the heritage black pig katsu, miso-ricotta agnolotti, and striploin marinated in Koji.
